What you will do:
Full-Cycle Sales Leadership
Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and qualify relevant thought leaders in new and existing high-value enterprise accounts, expanding UMH’s footprint in the manufacturing sector.
Develop & Nurture Relationships: Engage with C-level and key stakeholders to build trust and identify strategic growth opportunities.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct tailored demos and workshops to highlight UMH’s unique capabilities, guiding potential clients through complex data challenges.
Negotiate & Close Deals: Own the entire sales cycle - from initial pitch and proposal to final contract negotiations - ensuring seamless handoff to post-sales teams.
Consultative Expertise
Understand Customer Needs: Analyze customer challenges related to data management and translate these into clear, technical solutions using our platform and complementary IT infrastructure products.
Recommend Best Practices: Share insights on industry trends and use cases, helping clients optimize data strategies in their factories.
Collaborate for Success: Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver holistic solutions that exceed client expectations.
